A. Unacceptable Use
Our service, the SaaS, and Mobile App are designed to capture student feedback and provide meaningful insights to educational leaders to best address the needs of their students. That being said, there are a few categories of content and behavior that we don’t permit because we consider them harmful to our customers, clients, and users.
To be transparent about what is and isn’t allowed on the ParsecReel’s cloud-based software as a service and mobile app, which includes but is not limited to its video, audio, and text feedback system, staff insights dashboard, and any other cloud software service that is provided by ParsecReel (the “Service”), we’ve put together this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).
