At Parsec Education, Rachael Maves leads cross-functional teams to bridge education and technology by driving platform utilization, customer success, data-informed insights, and impactful service delivery, while fostering a positive and authentic organizational culture. Under her leadership, Parsec has achieved a record-high NPS score of 9.4, while making a significant impact on improving student outcomes across schools.

Before joining Parsec, Rachael held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at BARR Center, Chief of Preparation and Performance at the Tennessee Department of Education, and Deputy Superintendent at the California Department of Education. In addition she has served as a district superintendent, county office lead, principal and teacher.
