Todd Collins is a school board member based in Palo Alto, CA. After a long career in business, he was elected to his local school board in 2016. In 2021 he helped organize the California Reading Coalition, focused on improving reading success for all students across California.

Todd has served as a Member and former President of the Palo Alto Unified School District’s Board of Trustees for over eight years, overseeing 12,000 PK-12 students across 18 schools. Additionally, he chaired the Strong Schools Bond Citizens Oversight Committee, helping manage a $378 million bond program that saved taxpayers over $800 million.
